ABOUT
Miranda Rumpf was born in the U.S., but moved to Laos when she was 9 months old.  While living in Laos, Miranda learned to speak Lao before learning English.  When she moved back to the U.S. for school, she was put into English as a second language (ESL) classes because she had grown up and lived in Laos for so long.  After high school, Miranda graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Special Education and moved to California where has been teaching students with autism for nine years. In 2023, she left California and started working for War Legacies Project with Susan Hammond and Jacquelyn Chagnon. She has been providing transportation and logistical and communication support.
