ABOUT

Asha Vang is a high school junior enrolled at Anoka-Ramsey Community College in Minnesota through Minnesota's PSEO (post-secondary) program where she's pursuing a full-time course load in gender studies, environmental science, and more. She's currently involved in student-led political and cultural clubs back at her school at Park Center Senior High School. She is involved with Coaltion of Asian American Leaders (CAAL), a national Asian American grassroots organization that engages Minnesota's Asian American community, and also takes part in a youth leadership program and a recent civic engagement fellowship. She has an interest in various cultures and is committed to causes that advance social justice.
